This is a set of hormone blood tests focusing on hormone imbalance, including

symptoms of infertility, used to investigate the conditions that can lead to female

infertility.Blood tests that might be needed include day 3 follicle stimulating hormone

(FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), estradiol (E2), AMH, prolactin, testosterone (T),
